MOS: Microsoft Office Project 2019 Level 1

Build a rock-solid project plan in just 1 instructor-led day. This hands-on workshop teaches you to scope, schedule, resource, and baseline projects with the desktop version of Microsoft Project – skills you’ll rely on the moment your boss says, “You’re running this one.”

Why choose this course?

  • Productive from day one – create tasks, link dependencies, assign resources and set a baseline in a single day so you can circulate a draft plan for approval straight after class.
  • Focus on the planning phase – the critical knowledge every project manager needs before a single hour is booked or rand is spent.
  • Desktop & cloud perspective – master Project Professional on Windows, with a quick tour of Project for the web and Project Online so you know which tool fits which scenario.
  • Hybrid delivery – join on-campus or virtually from anywhere in South Africa.

This course is ideal for:

  • Professionals who manage projects and need to build basic yet accurate schedules in Microsoft Project.
