Certified Internet of Things (IoT) Practitioner (ITP-110)

Master the end-to-end Internet of Things lifecycle in 3 instructor-led days. This hands-on course teaches you to plan, design, build, secure and manage IoT devices and solutions – preparing you for the CertNexus® Certified Internet of Things Practitioner (Exam ITP-110) credential.

Why choose this course?

  • Practical IoT prototyping – assemble and program an ESP8266-based device with analog/digital sensors, actuator control and a web interface.
  • Real-world connectivity – configure wired (USB, serial) and wireless (Wi-Fi, MQTT) communications, and integrate with cloud‐based data pipelines.
  • Risk-focused design – identify and mitigate security, privacy and safety hazards unique to IoT deployments.
  • Project lifecycle coverage – plan architecture, follow the IoT development lifecycle and manage your project from prototyping through deployment.
  • Exam-aligned curriculum – every module maps directly to the ITP-110 exam objectives for targeted certification prep.

This course is ideal for:

  • IT professionals with baseline skills in hardware, software support and development who want to expand into IoT solutions.
  • Technologists seeking hands-on experience with embedded systems, sensor networks and real-time data processing.
  • Anyone preparing for CertNexus® Certified Internet of Things Practitioner (Exam ITP-110).
