In 2016, Andrew started working at iTTS, a wireless internet service provider. There, he provided technical assistance via the contact centre, specialising in Samsung products. His qualification and skills quickly allowed him the opportunity to be promoted and he soon worked with big corporate clients as on-site service technician. Just over a year later, he moved to Dimension Data, where he worked as a First Level Networks and Support Engineer. His position required him to monitor systems and services. Andrew recently finished off at Dimension Data as he is currently preparing to leave for the USA, where he will start in his new position at Carnival Cruise Line. His duties will include general IT support, ensuring all video and satellite devices are functioning correctly, as well as editing videos of live shows on the ship. So not only will he get to do a job he loves, but he’ll also get to travel all around the world at the same time!
