We are looking for Octobers’ Customer Service FANATIC!

CTU customer touchpoints include things like the website, printed content, staff or sales team, marketing emails, billing, technology support, point of sale, advertising, social media and academic support but what makes all these touch points work, are the customer’s moment of truth. We are looking for someone within the CTU FANATIC family that has made a real difference when interacting with a customer in the month of October, so keep a look out!

Nominations will be judged last Friday of every month. The employee will receive a R 500 shopping voucher and be placed on our Employee Wall of Fame! Customer service feedback forms completed by customers will be considered for this nomination.
