The qualification will enable you to install and manage Windows 10 from small/medium to large enterprises. This programme will enable you to work with the end-user in support. You will be able to maintain the entire lifecycle of the operating system and do a seamless upgrade from previous versions of Windows. For technical support on the end-client side, this programme will definitely cover all aspects needed for you to be the administrator of the client-side operating systems.

Virtual Interactive Lecturer-led Teaching (VILT)

    • Explain the principles of computer networks
