This diploma will be useful to people who operationalise some aspects of the core processes and practices at a basic level across the four role clusters in human resources management and practices:
  • Strategic planning for human resources management and practices
  • Acquisition, development and utilisation of people
  • Establishment and improvement of labour and employee relations
  • Compensation and administration related to human resources management and practices

Requirement

A laptop* and a minimum of 15GB data per month (uncapped recommended) are required.

SABPP:

Students have the opportunity to join the SABPP’s Student Chapter by visiting their website. Utilizing this platform allows students to kick start their career by networking with other students as well as numerous HR Professionals.

NATIONAL QUALIFICATION

SABPP

    • National Diploma: Human Resource Management and Practices (SAQA ID: 49692, NQF level 5, 249 Credits)
    • Certificate issued by SABPP
  • * On successful completion of the FISA, the SABPP will issue the Diploma in Human Resources Management and Practices to the student. Additional costs apply. It is important to take note that as mandated by die SABPP, all learners have to pay an additional examination fee to write the National FISA.
